Fundamentals of Coaching is an engaging, profound, and fun investigation of how we can bring out the best in others. It is an excellent program for coaches with any level of experience wanting to take themselves deeper. It is also an excellent program for for non-coaches for whom it is important--professionally or personally--to bring out the best in others. We often refer to it as a course in kindness. For more information about the program, please visit the description on the website or the invitation to the program. These past six weeks have been educational and transformative, truly enjoyed every session and the interactions with all the amazing people I met during our breakout sessions. . . Thank you for creating such a dynamic and supportive environment. I am truly grateful for the experience and the connections I've made.
I would strongly recommend this program to individuals who are looking to improve their people management and supervisory skills as well as to people who are considering doing any kind of coaching (e.g., life, leadership, athletic).
This is a tremendous class for anyone interested in coaching - as a growth path for themselves or as a beginning step into the profession. Josh is a delightful leader and his love for this work is infectious. The coaching work he demonstrated in the class was exciting and surprising; he is clearly a master.
Please contact Hornick School of Coaching if you have any questions.
