The Collaborative Way: Elevate Your Influence

This leadership training program, especially prepared for IDEAL Energy Cooperative members, teaches leaders how to create and foster a more collaborative culture within their organizations. Good collaboration results in:

The Collaborative Way delivers better collaboration through a comprehensive system built on five interdependent principles. It's designed for leaders at all levels - beneficial for both experienced executives and those newly stepping into leadership roles.

What makes this program exceptional:

• A complete, symbiotic system where all five practices scaffold each other, creating stable improvement
• Detailed guidance in critical areas like making clear requests and agreements
• A "context of learning" where leaders recognize they have more to learn and can coach others
• Engaging, experiential format that's interactive and fun—nothing like watching a lecture

The Collaborative Way: Elevate Your Influence includes nine 90-minute sessions, one per week, and an interactive e-learning platform that reviews all content from the live sessions and provides actions for immediate application of the principles. Sessions will be recorded so if someone has to miss one or two sessions, they will still be able to participate. (Note: The experiential nature of the sessions are lost if you do not attend live, so missing sessions is discouraged.)

This particular training accommodates up to 10 people, with no more than two people from any one organization, creating a diverse learning environment across different leadership situations.
