In BaC, you learn how to coach and how to be a coach.

It is an ICF-accredited program so, on completion of the program (and the other ICF requirements), you will be eligible to apply for and obtain ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation.

This program starts on

• Saturday, September 7, 2024, with a six-hour kickoff, running from 10:00am ET to 4:30pm ET.

After that, content sessions will generally run weekly on

• Tuesdays, 12 noon to 2:30pm ET, from September 10 through December 17. These sessions are recorded, and if you have to miss a few of them, it will not endanger your completion of the program.

In addition to those sessions, there are

• Mentor Coaching sessions (both group and one-on-one),
• Clinical Coaching sessions (with real clients provided by HSoC, under the direction of mentor coaches),
• Critique Sessions (with mentor coaches), and
• Homework (which is mostly listening to recordings of master coaches).

These are all scheduled apart from the content sessions. There is a flexibility for scheduling all of these. While it will vary from week to week, you can expect to invest six to eight hours most weeks.
